Rest and relaxation are also necessary for healthy living. We all need to keep ourselves from getting overworked otherwise we may get burned out. To make up for the nutrients that our diets lack, it’s also important to take some multivitamins. Without a healthy body, we may acquire gout, flu and scabies.
Very tiny mites cause a skin infliction called scabies. Rashes, abrasions and itchiness are all symptoms of scabies. Gout on the other hand is when the uric acid in the body accumulates and causes gout inflammation. Flu is quite common, and is caused by bacteria and viruses.
